The Right Alloy for the Part You Have in Mind
Consider the shape, target weight, mating parts and finish together before confirming the material.

زاماك 3
For detailed decorative shapes
- Good castability for shaped details
- Well suited to decorative plating and painting
زاماك 5
For parts needing higher strength
- Higher strength and hardness than Zamak 3
- Review ductility where later forming is needed
ADC12
For lighter die-cast metal parts
- Lighter than zinc at the same metal volume
- Finish and geometry reviewed for this aluminum alloy
A Few Practical Answers.
What types of metal products can you customize?
We develop custom zinc and aluminum alloy parts for metal packaging, fragrance cases, bottle decorations, decorative fittings and razor hardware. Share the part you have in mind so we can review its shape, function and manufacturing requirements.
Can I order one of the designs shown on this page?
The products shown are examples of customer-specific work, not stock designs or shared molds available to order. We develop your product around your own design and requirements rather than reuse another customer’s private design.
Can I start without a finished 3D drawing?
Yes. A sketch, reference image or sample can start the discussion. Tell us the intended size, use and appearance. We then work through the structure, dimensions and manufacturing details with you before confirming the tooling.
Can you help me choose between zinc and aluminum alloy?
Yes. We review the shape, target weight, strength requirements, mating parts and finish together. Our material options include Zamak 3, Zamak 5 and ADC12. The alloy is confirmed for your specific part before tooling begins.
Which colors and surface finishes can I request?
You can discuss plated colors, polished or satin surfaces, sandblasted textures, painted finishes and powder coatings with us. The available process depends on the alloy and part design; the finishes shown are not suitable for every material. We confirm the color and surface effect through samples.
Can you add my logo or a custom surface pattern?
Yes. We can review raised or recessed details, laser marking and decorative textures for your design. Send your artwork and preferred position. We check the detail size, surface shape and finish before agreeing how to produce it.
Can the metal part fit components I already use?
Yes. Send the mating component or its drawing so we can review the connection, clearance and assembly requirements. We confirm which components you will supply and which we will include, then check the fit through samples before production.
Can I review a finished sample and request changes?
Yes. A finished sample lets you review the appearance, weight and fit before approving production. If something needs adjusting, we review the change with you and confirm any effect on tooling, cost or timing. Revised details are checked before final approval.
How will you check the quality of my metal parts?
We check the agreed dimensions, appearance and assembly requirements against the approved drawing and sample. Depending on the product, the inspection plan can also include finish durability and transport tests. We agree the checks and reporting requirements with you before production.
What are the minimum order quantity, tooling cost and lead time?
These are quoted for your project. The part size and complexity, alloy, finish, assembly and order quantity all affect the quotation and schedule. Send your drawing or reference, expected quantity and required delivery date so we can confirm the minimum order, tooling cost and timing.
